By the way I am Mr. Edwin M. Daguman one of the 20 Global Investment Director of LAGPN -belongs to Division 15, a graduate in Bachelor of Science in Commerce - major in Accounting at the University of San Carlos last March 1983. I work before as one of the Marketing Executive of Duxan Pharmaceutical which is based in Cebu City for 5 years, I covered the area of Visayas and Mindanao.
One of my close friend Mr Roy Sanchez invite me to join the company for a change which deals with selling condominium units, and high end subdivision nationwide.
During that time i start as an Associate Property Consultant and now one of the Global Investment Director of the company. This year I focus in projects like Bayswater Homes & Collinwood Subdivision in Mactan, Kamalayan 2 in Minglanilla, Fonti de Versailles and Mezarri Cove,Riverdale and Pristina North in Talamban, Ajoya, Costa del Sol, Alegria Palms a new projects in Mactan. In Mandaue we have Villa Sebastiana, East Covina. For Condominiums i focus in Woodcrest Residences in Guadalupe, Grand Cenia in front of Ayala at Cebu Business Park, Persimon Condominium in Mabolo, One Oasis in Mabolo, Amisa in Punta Engano, La Guardia Flats 2 in La Guardia,Lahug and Spianada in Sepulvida cor.
